Once butler droids were the fad of many rich aristocrats that were anxious for was to flaunt there fourtone. When this interest died off so did the market for it so now a days the only butler droids left are old-century models like the ZZ-4Z which is also nicknamed the "Zee Zee."

The ZeeZee is a JV-Z1/D unit that was manufactured by Serv-O-Droid during the height of the butler fad, and like other outdated butler droids the ZeeZee has the tools that are needed to do his master bidding. The JV-Z1/D has a humanoid like shape with an intentional slouch which is meant to imply subservience. The units were usally coated with the color of burnished veneer of silver cromite.

The head of the droids contains an infared lintscope, a genteel-sounding vocabulator, and an internal database packed with highbrow minutiae such as the proper way to fold an Oseoni greatcoat.
