Warum Holopedia? Weil es sich bei SW-Empire um eines der ältesten und größten Chatrollenspiele zum Thema Star Wars handelt. Mittlerweile so umfangreich, das ein eigenes Nachschlagewerk die Suche und das Bearbeiten von Informationen erleichtert. Die Holopedia ging im April 2008 testweise online und wurde offiziell am 12.06.2008 eröffnet. Sie hat damit die alte Datenbank als Nachschlagewerk für das SW-Empire.de abgelöst.
